With the arrival of the month of October, the 2021 visiting season ended, the gates of the castle closed and the main part of the reconstruction began. And we have been thinking about how to open the gate a little bit and show people what is going on behind the curtain, not only during the reconstruction but also during the normal operation of the castle. Project DID YOU KNOW ... ?The aim of the project is to show the behind-the-scenes of the national cultural monument, as well as interesting facts about the castle in the form of short posts on the social networks Facebook and Instagram. In the posts, you can take a look at the scaffolding or learn that the Acoustic Hall, which is inside the castle, is unique in Europe. What if I don't have social media? In a word, it doesn't matter. How to view posts without a social media account can be found a few lines below. We try to post every Sunday around 1pm. You can find them on the social network: Instagram: @zamek_humprecht Facebook (Attention we have a new profile!!) @zamekhumprecht Don't have a social network? Never mind!It was clear to us that not everyone has social networks, so you can see all the photos from social networks directly on the castle's website. And that's on the photography page. Pictures | Castle Humprecht You just can't do it without photosYou simply can't post on social media without photos. It may not seem like much with the scaffolding, but the Humprecht Castle is one of the most photogenic sights in the Bohemian Paradise thanks to its unmistakable symmetrical shape and great location at the gates of the Bohemian Paradise. So it would be a shame not to photograph it. Who creates the posts and how long does it actually take? The very idea of creating the posts was invented by the guides from the castle Vojtěch Kuchař and Anna Janků. It takes an average of 1 to 2 hours to create a post from the idea itself, taking pictures and writing it down. With the start of the new school year, both of them started their university life, so Marek Patka and Tomáš Kuchař, also guides from the castle, help them with the project. It probably takes us the longest time to come up with an idea and then the photo shoot itself is quite lengthy. Whether we take pictures of the room or the whole castle from a drone. Usually we take 20 - 50 photos and then choose the best 2 - 3 of them, but it's not easy to get through the pile of material. Share it!If you have read this far, we are very pleased to see your interest. We will be very happy if you spread our posts further, either on social networks or by email, so that as many people as possible learn about the unique monument called Humprecht, which is unjustly often overlooked tourist place in the Czech Paradise.
