Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program (FLTA) The Fulbright Program in Ukraine is seeking candidates for the FLTA program. Fulbright is a U.S. academic exchange program established in 1946. Since 1992 Fulbright Ukraine has supported over 1000 Alumni from Ukraine. The FLTA program is a teaching internship involving teaching the Ukrainian language in U.S. universities and colleges for nine months. Beginning teachers and young professionals under the age of 30 who specialize in linguistics, Ukrainian literature, translation studies, communications, journalism, American studies, and English language teaching are invited to apply. Applicants must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree by the start of the scholarship (July 2025).
