Once more, Proact named one of Swedens 10 best companies for young people

Proact has, for two consecutive years, been ranked as one of the top 10 IT employers for young talent in Sweden in a survey conducted by Career Company of the Year. Already this spring, Proact was one of 100 companies in Sweden to be presented with the Career Company of the Year 2023 award. The award is given to employers who offer unique career and development opportunities for young talents. The voting takes place in Karriärsföretagens qualified Young Professionals network, which consists of over 1,000 computer and system scientists. The result is a top 10 list of organisations that offer Swedens best career opportunities for young people. It is gratifying that we have once again been recognised for the way we develop our staff and provide career opportunities for young people. We have a long history of investing in talent and providing a work environment that fosters growth and innovation. Our success is a result of our dedicated employees and their passion for creating solutions that make a difference. We value commitment, competence and a strong sense of community, which creates a work culture where young professionals can flourish and develop, says Magnus Lönn, Managing Director at Proact IT Sweden AB.
