We are looking for Russian speaking Proximity Agent for global IT company. Responsibilities Managing assigned authorized partners(resellers) via phone to detect potential business opportunities, value propositions on products& solutions Communicating country specific and regional promotions to partners and executing campaign follow up Supporting partners on their business development and tracking ongoing projects as an account manager Managing lead pipeline, forecasting business and develop strong relationship with existing accounts Generating up-sell and cross sell opportunities. Administrating CRM tools, virtual portals and sharepoints on daily basis Collaborating with country field managers and engaging resources to finalize sales projects Attending business trips when necessary Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed Enter and update customer information in the database Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation Ability to set daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets to Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business studies, Communication, Engineering etc. Interest and passion for IT HW or SW technology and Sales Fluent level of English and native Russian speaker IT knowledge Previous experience in IT environment and work experience in sales is a plus Valid working visa Strong presentation and communication skills (phone manners) Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member Commitment, drive and achievement orientation Proficiency in MS office A good mixture of structured analysis, problem identification, solving and persuasion skills Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain/present them to prospects Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Benefits Competitive salary with bonuses based on performance, Extensive training for all services, products, Multisport card, Fitstop activities, Additional extra days of holiday Workplace based in Prague The post Russian speaking Proximity Agent appeared first on YeYe Agency.
