We have successfully completed the overall reconstruction of the apartment building located in Prague 2 - Vinohrady, Londýnská street! It´s a seven-story house from the second half of the 19th century with an extension in the courtyard. The building, including 11 parking spaces in the basement of the courtyard, will once again be used for housing and commercial use, for example, office or business premises. The house underwent a complete reconstruction including the roof and facade restoration, a lift was built and 16 apartment units were renovated to preserve the authentic elements of the historic house.
