At the end of the 90s’, the Studio AM of Genova owned by the Architects Bruna Moresco and Karim Amirfeiz, had the pleasure to study, project and execute the reconstruction and refurbishment of the building located in Jecna 35. With their vision and professionalism the Architects transformed an old and dated building into a beautiful Residence made of apartments and of various size and two bigger loft apartments. At the end of the year 2018 the Owners of the property once again requested the expertise and knowledgeable hands of the Architects. Let’s see what the Architects Moresco and Amirfeiz have to say: “The owners commissioned us to give at the still beautiful property a face lift; the request was to add new bathrooms and refresh the overall image of the property in order to offer more comfortable spaces with higher standards. The time frame available for the works was very limited and we had to work relentlessly to meet each and every dead line required by the proprietor. In order to recreate a more particular and harmonious space, and to make the overall refurbishment quicker, the entire structure of the new bathrooms has been created by glass; clean transparent glass in the higher part and a satin effect in the lower one, recreating on the glass wall the skyline of Prague.” Architect Bruna Moresco then added: “Very suggestive was a photo taken by the owners of the Residence followed by this message: ”Bruna, we have closed Prague in one room, the romanticism of this photo is endless…”.
