Anna Bangoura The intensive movement weekend with MOVE gave me the opportunity to devote myself again to activities that I enjoy and are part of my work, under the guidance of professionals whom I trust. Within Ostrava, it is a unique platform for developing the movement expression of performers, especially from the point of view of expanding my own creative boundaries: finding new ways of communication on stage and in my own work. The program allowed me to tailor-make lessons to best suit my body's needs. In addition, it is a great opportunity to meet local culture enthusiasts and for interdisciplinary networking.
